Who we are

A Kenyan logistics company that treats your cargo as its own

4Ps Logistics Ltd is based on the 5th floor of Pacific Crest Mall in Syokimau, a few minutes from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. That location is deliberate. Most of what we move travels by air, and being close to the cargo terminals means we can collect, check and hand over shipments quickly, whether they are arriving in Kenya or leaving for another country.

We started 4Ps Logistics because shipping goods often felt like a relay with too many runners: one company to fly the cargo, another to clear it, another to deliver it, and nobody who could tell you where your goods actually were. We handle the whole journey ourselves, so there is one number to call and one team accountable for getting your goods home.

A boutique owner in Syokimau

Stock on the rails before the December rush

A fashion shop orders dresses and handbags from a supplier in Guangzhou in late November. Sea freight would arrive after Christmas. We arrange collection from the supplier, fly the cartons into JKIA, clear them and deliver straight to the shop, with updates at each step. The stock goes on display while the holiday shoppers are still coming in.

A family in Kitui

A parcel from abroad, delivered to the gate

A Kenyan nurse working in the UK wants to send household items and gifts to her parents in Kitui. Her parents can't travel to Nairobi to collect them. We receive the parcel, fly it in, take care of the customs declaration, then deliver it to the family's gate. Everyone can follow its progress, so nobody has to guess when it will arrive.

Heavy machinery, the economical way

A furniture workshop is buying a new edge-banding machine from India. It is heavy, and the owner is planning months ahead, so sea freight makes sense. We book space on a shared container into Mombasa, clear it at the port and truck it to the workshop floor. The owner gets one invoice and one point of contact for the whole move.

Should I ship by air or by sea?

Choose air when time matters or when the goods are valuable and light. Choose sea for heavy or bulky items when you can plan a few weeks ahead. Tell us what you are moving and when you need it, and we will recommend the option that makes sense for you.

Do you handle customs clearance?

Yes. We prepare and submit the customs documentation and manage clearance for you. Duties and taxes are set by the Kenya Revenue Authority, and we explain what applies to your shipment before it lands so there are no surprises.

Do you ship outside Kenya?

Yes. We ship to and from destinations around the world, by air and by sea, through our network of partner airlines, shipping lines and agents. Exports from Kenya are handled with the same care as imports.

Can you collect from my supplier abroad?

Yes. Share your supplier's details and we will coordinate collection, so the goods travel with us from the start.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. Our road transport service delivers to homes and businesses across Kenya and to neighbouring East African countries. Ask us about your town when you request a quote.

Is there anything you can't ship?

Some items are restricted or prohibited by airlines, shipping lines or Kenyan law, for example flammable, hazardous or illegal goods. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before you buy or pack it.

How do I get a quote?

Call or email us with what you are shipping, its approximate weight and size, where it is coming from and where it needs to go. We will reply with a clear quote.
